Target Information
TMOD1 유전자는 tropomodulin 패밀리에 속하는 단백질을 암호화합니다. 이 단백질은 actin-capping 단백질로서 tropomyosin의 N-말단에 결합하여 actin 필라멘트의 depolymerization 및 elongation을 억제함으로써 적혈구 막 골격의 구조를 조절합니다. 동일한 단백질을 암호화하는 여러 전사 변이가 보고되어 있습니다.
