Target Information
CENPF 유전자는 centromere-kinetochore 복합체와 결합하는 단백질을 암호화합니다. 이 단백질은 G2기 동안 핵 매트릭스의 구성 요소로 존재하며, 후기 G2에서 kinetochore에 결합하여 초기에 anaphase까지 유지됩니다. 이후 spindle midzone 및 intracellular bridge에 위치하며, mitosis 동안 염색체 분리에 관여하는 것으로 추정됩니다. 이 단백질은 homo- 또는 heterodimer 형태로 존재할 수 있으며, 암 또는 이식편대숙주질환(GVHD) 환자에서 자가항체가 발견된 바 있습니다.
