Target Information
Transforming growth factor beta 3 (TGF beta 3)는 TGF beta 1 및 beta 2와 함께 transforming growth factor 계열의 세포 인자 중 하나입니다. 이들은 전구체 형태로 분비되며, bioactive C-terminal domain과 latency associated protein (LAP)으로 구성됩니다. LAP 절단 후 성숙 단백질은 이황화 결합된 호모다이머 형태로 기능합니다. TGF beta 3는 종 간 높은 보존성을 가지며, 인간과 마우스 간 100% 서열 상동성을 보입니다. 대부분의 세포 유형에서 발현되며, B 및 T 세포 활성을 억제하고, 조직 치유 및 종양 증식 억제 등 다양한 생리적 역할을 수행합니다. 또한 CD4⁺CD25⁺ T 세포 확장을 촉진하여 자가면역 억제에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
