Target Information
PSD-95/DLG/ZO-1 (PDZ) 도메인을 포함하는 단백질들은 시냅스 막 단백질의 위치 결정에 중요한 역할을 합니다. PICK1은 PDZ 도메인을 가진 시냅스 단백질로, coiled-coil 및 acidic domain을 포함합니다. PICK1은 PKCα, AMPA형 글루타메이트 수용체 및 여러 막 수용체와 상호작용하며, 활성화된 PKCα를 막에 앵커된 GluR2로 유도합니다. PICK1은 GluR2의 인산화 후 시냅스 막에서의 이동을 조절하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
