• Percent identity with other species by BLAST analysis:
  Human, Monkey, Marmoset, Elephant, Panda (100%);
  Gorilla, Gibbon, Mouse, Rat, Bat, Bovine, Hamster, Horse, Pig, Opossum (95%).
• For IHC(P), use heat-induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer.
  After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen.

GPCR GPR61 is a member of this family (subfamily Orphan-A). It has been reported to be expressed in several regions of the brain, including caudate, putamen, and thalamus.
