The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Purity is >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
ATMIN (ATM/ATR-substrate CHK2-interacting zinc finger protein), also known as ASCIZ, forms DNA damage-induced nuclear foci containing the DNA repair protein Rad51.
ATMIN is involved in embryonic development, as its absence causes late-embryonic lethality in mice with organ development defects.
It activates transcription of DYNLL1, a dynein motor complex light chain and regulator of protein dimerization.
DYNLL1 can bind to and inhibit the transcription activation domain of ATMIN, forming a dynamic feedback loop for DYNLL1 expression.
