Target Information

PIP5K1C (phosphatidylinositol-4-phosphate 5-kinase 1 gamma)는 phosphatidylinositol-4-phosphate를 인산화하여 phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate를 생성하는 lipid kinase입니다.
이 단백질은 시냅스에서 발견되며, 세포 이동 및 내포작용(endocytosis)에 관여합니다. 또한 β-catenin과 직접 결합하여 성장 인자 자극 하에서 β-catenin 활성도를 증가시킵니다. PIP5K1C 활성은 β-catenin의 핵 내 이동 및 전사 활성화를 촉진하는 인산화에 기여합니다. 결핍 시 호중구의 부착 및 유입이 저하되며, RhoA GTPase 및 integrin 활성 조절을 통해 세포 부착을 매개합니다.
