Description:
3G8 단일클론 항체는 인간 및 비인간 영장류의 CD16(FcγRIII)에 반응합니다. CD16은 FcγRIIIA와 FcγRIIIB 두 가지 형태로 존재하며, FcγRIIIA는 NK 세포, 단핵구, 대식세포에서 발현되고 FcγRIIIB는 호중구에서 GPI-anchored 형태로 존재합니다.

IgG 결합은 ADCC, 식세포작용, 사이토카인 분비 및 항원 제시를 유도합니다. 3G8은 CB16과 동일한 에피토프를 인식하며, B73.1과는 다른 에피토프를 결합합니다.

• 1 vial of CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer

Applications Reported: Flow cytometry analysis
Applications Tested: Pre-diluted and validated for flow cytometry using human peripheral blood cells.
사용량: 5 µL (0.2 µg)/test (최종 부피 100 µL, 세포 수 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test)

주의사항:

• NovaFluor 염료는 DNA 결합 viability dye(PI, 7-AAD, DAPI)와 호환되지 않음
• Invitrogen LIVE/DEAD Fixable Dead Cell stains 사용 권장
• CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer (Cat. No. C001T06F01) 필수 사용

사용 권장:

• NovaFluor 항체 혼합물에 CellBlox Plus Buffer 5 µL/sample 추가
• 단일 색상 대조군: 세포 시료 100 µL당 5 µL 사용

FCGR3A 유전자는 FCGR3B와 높은 유사성을 가지며, NK 세포에서 막관통형으로 발현되고, FCGR3B는 호중구에서 PI 결합형으로 존재합니다.
이 유전자의 변이는 면역결핍 20, 대상포진, 전신홍반루푸스, 신생아 호중구감소증 등과 연관되어 있습니다.
