PHC1 (polyhomeotic homolog 1)은 EDR1, HPH1 또는 RAE28로도 알려진 1,004 아미노산 길이의 핵 단백질로, PcG 다단백질 PRC1 복합체의 구성 요소입니다.
이 복합체는 히스톤 변형, 크로마틴 리모델링 및 Histone H2A의 단일 유비퀴틴화를 매개합니다.
