Target Information
WASP (Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome protein)과 N-WASP는 Cdc42의 하위 효과기로서, 액틴 중합 및 세포골격 구조 조절에 관여합니다. WASP 계열에는 VASP와 Mena 단백질이 포함되며, 이들은 focal adhesion 부위에 축적되어 액틴 세포골격 조절에 참여합니다. WAVE 단백질은 WASP 계열과 유사하며, Rho 계열 GTPase에 의해 유도된 액틴 재구성에 관여합니다.
