• M122 targets IL-12 in ELISA and WB applications and shows reactivity with human samples.
• The immunogen is recombinant human IL-12 (p70).
• Detects IL-12 with a predicted molecular weight of approximately 23 kDa.
• The M122 IL-12 antibody (clone 20C2) can be used as a coating antibody in sandwich ELISA with detection antibody M121B (biotinylated clone C8.6).
  • Typical dilutions: 1 µg/mL for coating, 0.125–0.25 µg/mL for detection.
• M122 and biotinylated M121B have been used successfully with recombinant IL-12 p70 protein (SIL12) in ELISA applications.
• Tested for endotoxins by LAL assay; endotoxin concentration ≤ 10 EU/mg.

Target Information

IL-12 p70 (Interleukin-12) is a cytokine critical for immune responses to infections and cancer. It is produced by dendritic cells, macrophages, and B cells in response to pathogens and tumor cells. IL-12 p70 induces interferon-gamma production and activates T cells and NK cells. It is a potential therapeutic target for infectious diseases, autoimmune disorders, and cancer, enhancing immune responses and modulating inflammation.
