Target Information
IL13RA1 유전자가 암호화하는 단백질은 interleukin 13 수용체의 하위 단위로, IL4 receptor alpha와 복합체를 형성합니다. 이 단백질은 IL13 수용체의 주 결합 단위로 작용하며, IL4 수용체의 구성 요소일 수도 있습니다. 또한 tyrosine kinase TYK2에 결합하여 IL13 및 IL4에 의해 유도되는 JAK1, STAT3, STAT6의 활성화 신호 전달에 관여할 수 있습니다.
