본 항체는 4-Hydroxy-2-hexenal (4-HHE) 및 4-Hydroxynonenal (4-HNE) 변형 단백질에 특이적이며, 자유 형태의 4-HHE 또는 4-HNE는 검출하지 않습니다. 또한 Acrolein, Crotonaldehyde, Hexanoyl Lysine, Malondialdehyde, Methylglyoxal 변형 단백질과 교차 반응하지 않습니다.
