Target Information
DUSP7는 dual specificity protein phosphatase 하위 패밀리에 속하는 단백질로, phosphoserine/threonine 및 phosphotyrosine 잔기를 탈인산화하여 표적 키나아제를 불활성화시킵니다. 이는 MAPK/ERK, SAPK/JNK, p38 등 세포 증식 및 분화에 관련된 MAP kinase 계열을 음성 조절합니다.
이 계열의 phosphatase들은 서로 다른 기질 특이성, 조직 분포, 세포 내 위치, 외부 자극에 따른 발현 유도 양상을 보입니다.
