- IHC (PFA fixed): 실온에서 30분간 항체를 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직의 염색 시, 10 mM Tris (1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C로 45분간 가열 후 실온에서 20분간 냉각합니다.
Target Information
CD59 (Protectin)은 18–20 kDa 크기의 GPI-결합 단백질로, 막공격복합체(MAC)의 형성을 억제하여 자가세포를 보존하는 주요 보체 조절 단백질입니다.
CD59는 C5b-8 복합체와 결합하여 세포막의 용해성 구멍 형성을 방지하며, 인간 CD2의 저친화성 리간드로 작용하여 T 세포 공동자극 및 림프구 신호전달에 관여합니다.
CD59 유전자 변이는 용혈성 빈혈, 혈전증, 뇌경색을 포함한 CD59 결핍증을 유발할 수 있습니다.
여러 가지 스플라이싱 변이체가 보고되어 있습니다.
