For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

SULT1 sulfotransferases catalyze N-sulfation of carcinogenic heterocyclic amines and are selective toward phenols.
SULT2 enzymes, including SULT2A1, prefer hydroxysteroids and catalyze the sulfonation of procarcinogen xenobiotics, hydroxysteroids, and bile acids.
SULT2A1 is highly expressed in adrenal and liver tissues and plays a role in hepatic cholesterol homeostasis.
SULT2B1 has two isoforms (SULT2B1a and SULT2B1b) generated by alternative splicing, both selective for 3β-hydroxysteroids such as pregnenolone, DHEA, and androstenediol.
SULT2B1b is expressed in prostate, skin, placenta, and lung.
