Target Information
Nesprin 1은 type II integral membrane protein으로, 핵막에 위치하며 구조적 안정성을 유지하는 역할을 합니다. 두 개의 유전자가 새로운 핵막 스펙트린 반복 단백질 패밀리를 암호화하며, 다양한 조직에서 발현됩니다. Nesprin-1은 smooth 및 skeletal muscle에서 발달 단계에 따라 조절되며, myoblast 분화 과정에서 핵막에서 핵과 세포질로 재배치됩니다. Nesprin 단백질은 ‘핵의 dystrophin’으로서 핵 구조 유지에 기여할 수 있습니다.
