Product Specific Information
- IHC (PFA fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직의 염색 시, 10 mM Tris (1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C로 45분간 가열 후 실온에서 20분간 냉각하는 전처리 과정이 필요합니다.

이 유전자는 마우스의 linker histone 특성을 가진 단백질 코딩 유전자와 상동성을 가지며, 인간에서는 핵 내에서 발현됩니다. 그러나 open reading frame이 frame shift로 인해 기능적 단백질을 암호화하지 않을 가능성이 있습니다.
