NFRKB (nuclear factor related to kappa-B-binding protein)는 interleukin-2 receptor alpha (IL-2Rα) 유전자의 변형된 NF-κB 결합 부위에 결합하는 인자로 처음 확인되었습니다.
이 단백질은 면역세포 발달에 중심적인 역할을 하는 전사 인자로 추정되며, 급성 골수성 백혈병에서 증폭된 유전자로 보고된 바 있습니다.
또한 NFRKB를 포함하는 염색체 영역의 부분 결실이 복합 세포성 면역결핍과 관련된 사례도 보고되었습니다.
