Target Information
Rab 단백질은 Ras 유사 GTPase 계열로, 세포 내 구획 간 단백질 수송에 관여합니다. Rab9은 late endosome과 trans-Golgi network(TGN) 사이에서 mannose 6-phosphate receptor의 이동에 필수적입니다. Rab9은 두 개의 geranylgeranyl 그룹으로 프레닐화되어 대부분 막 결합형으로 존재하며, 일부는 GDI-alpha와 결합해 세포질 내에 존재합니다. GDI는 GDP 결합형 Rab9을 재활용하여 원래 막으로 되돌려 보냅니다.
