Product Specific Information
For maximum recovery, please spin prior to use.
Aliquots of 5 µg, 10 µg, and 20 µg sizes are not recommended; use the original packaging until exhausted.
For larger sizes, reduce freeze/thaw cycles by preparing aliquots (not below 20 µL).
Never store diluted kinase.
If properly stored at -80°C, guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase.

Target Information
CDK2/Cyclin O is a member of the cyclin-dependent protein kinase family complexed with Cyclin O.
Cyclin O, an isoform of the UNG gene, is localized in the nucleus and exhibits uracil-DNA glycosylase activity.
CDK2/Cyclin O protein levels increase during G1 phase and degrade during the cell cycle.
Cyclin A–CDK2 levels peak at the G1/S transition and associate with DNA during replication initiation.
Rb protein acts as a substrate for CDK2–Cyclin E and CDK2–Cyclin A in vivo.
CDK2 is activated and localized to the nucleus during late G1, S, and G2 phases.
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
