Target Information
PRKACG (PRKAC gamma)는 cAMP-dependent protein kinase의 catalytic subunit의 세 번째 isoform입니다. 인간 고환 cDNA 라이브러리에서 분리되었으며, C-alpha 및 C-beta와는 다른 유전자에서 유래하고 조직 특이적 발현을 보입니다. 아미노산 수준에서 C-alpha 및 C-beta는 93%의 상동성을 가지지만, C-gamma는 약 80%의 상동성을 나타냅니다. PRKACG 유전자는 인트론이 없고 poly(A) tail의 흔적을 포함하며, 직접 반복 서열로 둘러싸여 있고 PRKACA 유전자와 공선형 구조를 가집니다.
