Target Information
The Ras-related low molecular mass GTPases participate in signal transduction involving various cellular functions such as cell-cycle progression, differentiation, cytoskeletal organization, protein transport, and secretion.
RAS-GTPase-activating protein (RASGAP) forms a complex with p190 in growth factor-stimulated and tyrosine kinase-transformed cells, potentially coupling Ras- and Rho-mediated signaling pathways.
RASGAP forms an abundant SH2-mediated complex with p190 RhoGAP in cells expressing activated tyrosine kinases.
