EEF1A1 단백질은 단백질 생합성 과정에서 GTP 의존적 아미노아실-tRNA의 리보솜 A-site 결합을 촉진합니다. 또한 PARP1 및 TXK와 복합체를 형성하여 Th1 세포 특이적 전사인자로 작용하며, IFN-γ 프로모터에 결합하여 전사를 직접 조절함으로써 Th1 사이토카인 생성에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
