Target Information
Thrombin은 혈소판 응집 및 혈액 응고에 관여하는 세린 프로테아제로, 전구체인 프로트롬빈으로부터 절단되어 생성됩니다. Thrombin은 fibrinogen을 fibrin으로 전환시키며, PAR-1, PAR-2, PAR-3 등 G-단백질 결합 수용체를 활성화하여 세포 신호 조절 기능을 수행합니다.
