Target Information
RIPK3는 serine/threonine protein kinase 계열인 receptor-interacting protein (RIP) family의 구성원으로, 다른 RIP 단백질과는 구별되는 C-말단 도메인을 포함합니다. 주로 세포질에 존재하며, 미토콘드리아에 공동 위치하여 핵 내외 이동을 수행할 수 있습니다. RIPK3는 TNF receptor-I 신호 복합체의 구성 요소로, apoptosis를 유도하고 NF-κB 전사인자를 약하게 활성화할 수 있습니다. 또한 caspase-8은 RIPK3 의존적 괴사를 억제하는 보호 기능을 수행합니다.
