Specificity Comments:
gp100은 100 kDa의 당화 단백질로, 26 kDa 및 60–64 kDa 절편으로 절단되며 이후 26 kDa 및 34–38 kDa 절편을 생성합니다. 면역조직화학적으로 멜라닌세포 및 멜라노마에서 특이적으로 단백질을 인식합니다.
이 단일클론 항체는 junctional 및 blue nevus 세포, 태아 및 신생아 멜라닌세포에서 반응하지만, intradermal nevi, 정상 성인 멜라닌세포 및 비멜라닌세포에서는 음성입니다.
상피, 림프, 신경교, 중간엽 기원의 종양세포에는 염색되지 않습니다.
이 항체는 태아 및 신생아 멜라닌세포, junctional 및 blue nevus 세포, 악성 멜라노마, 그리고 Angiomyolipoma (PEComa)를 염색합니다.
Dog 및 Rat에는 반응하지 않습니다.
Target Information
Melanoma는 주로 피부에서 발견되는 멜라닌세포의 악성 종양으로, 장 및 안구에서도 발생할 수 있습니다. 드물지만 피부암 관련 사망의 대부분을 차지합니다.
