Target Information
Musashi-1은 RNA 결합 단백질(Musashi family)에 속하며, 세포 운명 결정 및 줄기세포 상태 유지에 중요한 역할을 합니다. Musashi 단백질은 전사 후 유전자 조절에도 관여합니다. 이 유전자는 두 개의 보존된 RNA 인식 모티프(RRM)를 가지며, 포유류에서는 태아의 신장, 뇌, 간, 폐 및 성체의 뇌와 췌장에서 발현됩니다. 인간에서는 12번 염색체에 위치합니다.
