For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

FOXP3 (Forkhead box protein 3) is a transcriptional regulator essential for immune homeostasis. It is stably expressed in CD25⁺ CD4⁺ regulatory T cells, at low levels in CD4⁺/CD25⁻ cells, and absent in CD4⁻/CD8⁺ T cells.
FOXP3 defects cause scurfy phenotype in mice and IPEX syndrome in humans. Expression of FOXP3 in human breast and colon cancer cells is regulated by p53 in response to DNA damage.
Transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
