Target Information
INSR (Insulin Receptor)는 수용체 티로신 키나아제로, 인슐린이 세포 외 도메인에 결합하면 포도당 흡수를 자극합니다. INSR과 IGF-1 수용체는 구조적·기능적으로 유사하며, 인슐린 자극의 초기 반응은 INSR의 티로신 잔기 자가 인산화입니다. 인간의 INSR 유전자는 염색체 19번에 위치하며, INSR 결함은 다양한 인슐린 저항성 증후군의 원인이 됩니다. 또한 IGF-1R 결함은 성장 지연의 일부 형태를 유발할 수 있습니다.
