Target Information
TNFAIP2, also known as B94, is a TNF-α-regulated gene expressed in endothelial cells, peripheral blood cells, and mature sperm. Elevated TNFAIP2 expression has been observed in nasopharyngeal carcinoma, where high expression correlates with increased cell migration, invasion, and metastasis. TNFAIP2 may serve as a prognostic indicator for nasopharyngeal carcinoma and is implicated in the viral-sensing circuit of the innate immune response.
