Target Information
Cyclin H 단백질은 세포주기 동안 단백질 양이 주기적으로 변하는 고도로 보존된 사이클린 패밀리에 속합니다. Cyclin H는 CDK7 및 MAT1과 복합체를 형성하여 CDK2 및 CDC2를 인산화하는 CDK-activating kinase (CAK)로 작용합니다. 또한 TFIIH 및 RNA polymerase II 복합체의 구성 요소로서 전사 조절과 세포주기 조절을 연결하는 중요한 역할을 합니다.
