Target Information
Ebola virus는 외피를 가진 음성 가닥 RNA 바이러스로, Filoviridae 과에 속합니다. Marburg virus와 유사한 형태를 가지지만 항원성은 다릅니다.
게놈은 비분절 RNA로 구성되어 있으며, SDS-PAGE 분석 시 7개의 구조 단백질이 확인됩니다:
- NP (104 K)
- GP (125 K)
- L protein (180 K)
- VP40 (40 K)
- ViPX (35 K)
- VP30 (30 K)
- VP24 (24 K)
이들 단백질은 virion RNA에 상보적인 단일 mRNA 전사체로부터 발현됩니다. GP는 표면 스파이크의 주요 단백질로, 125K 단백질만이 당화되어 있습니다.
