Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직 염색 시, 10 mM Tris (1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0)에서 95°C로 45분간 가열 후 실온에서 20분간 냉각하는 항원 회복 과정이 필요합니다.
Target Information
P504S/AMACR (α-Methylacyl-CoA Racemase)는 가지사슬 지방산의 β-산화에 필수적인 효소입니다.
전립선 선암에서 높은 발현이 관찰되며, 양성 전립선 조직에서는 검출되지 않습니다.
또한 전립선의 전암성 병변인 고등급 전립선 상피내 신생물(PIN)과 비정형 선종성 과형성에서도 발현이 확인됩니다.
