This antibody is expected to recognize both human isoforms of the MID2 protein.
It is predicted to react with bovine, canine, and porcine based on sequence homology.

Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the tripartite motif (TRIM) family, which contains three zinc-binding domains (a RING, a B-box type 1, and a B-box type 2) and a coiled-coil region.
This protein localizes to microtubular structures in the cytoplasm.
Alternative splicing results in two transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
