Product Specific Information

Alexa Fluor dyes are among the most trusted fluorescent dyes available. Invitrogen™ Alexa Fluor 594 dye is a bright, red-fluorescent dye ideally suited to the 594 nm laser line. It provides stable signal generation in imaging and flow cytometry, remaining pH-insensitive over a wide range.
High fluorescence quantum yield and photostability enable detection of low-abundance biological structures with great sensitivity. Alexa Fluor 594 molecules can be conjugated at high molar ratios without self-quenching, resulting in brighter and more sensitive detection.

Typical degree of labeling: 2–8 fluorophore molecules per IgG molecule (exact value indicated on the certificate of analysis).
Before use, centrifuge conjugate solutions briefly and use only the supernatant to minimize nonspecific background staining. For most applications, a final concentration of 1–10 µg/mL is recommended.

Target Information
