Target Information

HLA-DR beta는 HLA-DR 단백질 복합체의 베타 사슬로, 인간 백혈구 항원(HLA) class II 분자에 속합니다.
이 단백질은 수지상세포, 대식세포, B세포 등 항원제시세포의 표면에 존재하며, 항원을 포획·처리·제시하여 T세포의 면역 인식을 유도합니다.
HLA-DR beta는 항원 펩타이드를 CD4+ T세포에 제시하여 적응면역 반응을 활성화하는 핵심 역할을 합니다.
이 단백질은 세포외 도메인(항원 결합 홈 포함), 막관통 도메인, 세포질 꼬리 영역으로 구성되어 있습니다.
HLA 및 MHC 항체는 면역펩티도믹스(Immunopeptidomics) 연구에서 고성능 액체 크로마토그래피와 질량분석법을 통해 신항원(neoantigen)을 식별하고 특성화하는 데 사용됩니다.
