Target Information

TRIP6 유전자는 zyxin 패밀리에 속하며, 세 개의 LIM zinc-binding domain을 가진 단백질을 암호화합니다. 이 단백질은 focal adhesion site 및 actin stress fiber에 위치하며, lysophosphatidic acid (LPA)-의존적 방식으로 plasma membrane으로 모집되어 LPA-유도 세포 이동을 조절합니다. 다양한 splice variant가 보고되었으나, 일부는 완전히 특성화되지 않았습니다.
