Target Information
OCT-2는 POU homeo-domain 계열의 전사 인자로, Ig 유전자 옥타머 부위에 결합하여 B 세포 특이적 유전자 발현을 조절합니다. OCT-2 단백질은 B 세포에 주로 발현되지만, 다른 세포에서도 낮은 수준으로 존재합니다. 특히 germinal center 유래 림프종에서 높은 발현이 보고되었으며, 다른 B 세포 림프종에서도 높은 수준의 발현을 나타냅니다.
