Target Information
EZH2 (Histone-lysine N-methyltransferase) is a member of the Polycomb-group (PcG) family. PcG proteins form multimeric complexes involved in maintaining transcriptional repression through successive cell generations. EZH2 interacts with embryonic ectoderm development protein, VAV1 oncoprotein, and X-linked nuclear protein. It is implicated in hematopoietic and central nervous system functions. Mutations in EZH2 are associated with Weaver syndrome (WVS).
