Target Information
Beta-lytic metalloendopeptidase is present in Achromobacter lyticus and Lysobacter enzymogenes.
This enzyme catalyzes cleavage of N-acetylmuramoyl-/-Ala, and of the insulin B chain at 23-Gly-/-Phe-24 > 18-Val-/-Cys(SO₃H).
