Target Information
SERCA Ca(2+)-ATPase는 근세포의 근소포체(sarcoplasmic) 또는 소포체(endoplasmic reticulum)에 위치한 세포 내 펌프로, ATP 가수분해를 통해 세포질 내의 칼슘을 근소포체 내강으로 이동시켜 근수축 및 이완 주기를 조절합니다.
이 유전자의 돌연변이는 Darier-White disease(keratosis follicularis)로 알려진 상염색체 우성 피부질환을 유발할 수 있으며, 대체 스플라이싱으로 여러 전사 변이체가 생성됩니다.
