For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The BIRC3 gene encodes a member of the inhibitor of apoptosis (IAP) protein family. These proteins inhibit apoptosis by binding to TRAF1 and TRAF2, potentially interfering with activation of ICE-like proteases. The encoded protein suppresses apoptosis induced by serum deprivation but not by oxidative stress (e.g., menadione exposure). The amino acid sequence includes three baculovirus IAP repeat domains and a RING finger domain. Identified transcript variants encode the same isoform.
