Target Information
Anti-Chicken 2차 항체는 닭 면역글로불린에 대한 특이성이 잘 규명된 친화 정제 항체입니다. 표적 검출, 분류, 정제에 유용하며 HRP, AP, 형광 등 다양한 검출 시스템과 함께 사용할 수 있습니다. 여러 2차 항체가 하나의 1차 항체에 결합할 수 있어 신호 증폭을 통한 높은 감도를 제공합니다. 대부분의 2차 항체는 표적 종의 면역글로불린을 이용해 면역화한 후 친화 크로마토그래피, 항체 절편화, 라벨 결합 등의 추가 정제를 통해 높은 특이성을 가지도록 제작됩니다.
