For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).

Target Information

MAPK13 (p38 delta) is a serine/threonine kinase that transduces extracellular signals including cytokine and environmental stress responses. It regulates keratinocyte differentiation and is activated by environmental stresses and proinflammatory cytokines through phosphorylation or autophosphorylation mediated by MAP3K7IP1/TAB1.
Substrates include transcription regulators ATF2, MEF2C, MAX, cell cycle regulator CDC25B, and tumor suppressor p53, suggesting roles in stress-related transcription, cell cycle regulation, and genotoxic stress response.
Four alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been reported.
