Target Information
HAO1은 2-hydroxyacid oxidase 활성을 가지며, 2-carbon 기질인 glycolate에 대해 가장 활성이 높습니다.
또한 2-hydroxy fatty acid에도 활성을 보이며, 특히 2-hydroxy palmitate 및 2-hydroxy octanoate에 높은 활성을 나타냅니다.
