활성형 및 비활성형 수용체 모두를 인식하며, Western blot, IHC, ICC, IP, IF, Gel Shift 등 다양한 응용에 적합합니다.
Western blot에서 랫드 간 추출물에서 약 97 kDa의 GR 단백질을 검출합니다.
면역원은 인간 GR의 아미노산 150–175 잔기에 해당하는 합성 펩타이드입니다.
Target Information
Glucocorticoid Receptor (NR3C1)는 글루코코르티코이드에 대한 수용체로, 전사 인자 및 다른 전사 인자의 조절자로 작용합니다.
리간드 결합 전에는 세포질에 존재하며, 결합 후 핵으로 이동하여 유전자 발현을 조절합니다.
심장(좌우 심방, 심실, 대동맥, 심첨부, 중격, 방실 결절 등)에서 발현되며, 다양한 전사 변이체를 가집니다.
GR 유전자의 돌연변이는 글루코코르티코이드 저항성(코르티솔 저항성)을 유발할 수 있습니다.
활성화에는 샤페론 단백질 복합체와의 결합이 필요하며, 덱사메타손 등의 스테로이드에 나노몰 농도 수준의 친화도를 보입니다.
