For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

MAP2K3 (MEK3) is a dual-specificity protein kinase involved in cellular signal transduction pathways. It phosphorylates and activates MAPK14/p38-MAPK and is necessary for glucose transporter expression.
Activation can occur via insulin signaling and RAS oncogene expression, leading to constitutive MAPK14 activation and oncogenic transformation.
Inhibition of MAP2K3 is associated with Yersinia pseudotuberculosis pathogenesis.
Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms of MEK3 have been reported.
