PEP-1232 can be used as a blocking peptide with polyclonal antibody PA5-21118.
Target Information
TMEM192 is a widely expressed, four-transmembrane protein localized to late endosomal and lysosomal membranes. This localization is mediated by two dileucine motifs present at the amino terminus of TMEM192. A cysteine residue near the carboxy terminus is responsible for disulfide bond formation in TMEM192 homodimers. The function of this protein remains largely unknown.
