Target Information
CD5는 67 kDa 크기의 인간 T-림프구 단일사슬 막관통 당단백질로, 모든 성숙 T-림프구, 대부분의 흉선세포, 그리고 많은 T-세포 백혈병 및 림프종에서 발현됩니다. 또한 활성화된 B-세포의 일부에서도 반응하며, T-세포 증식 조절에 관여하는 수용체로 작용할 수 있습니다. CD5는 흉선세포의 약 95%, 말초혈액 림프구의 약 72%에서 발견되며, 림프절에서는 주로 T세포 영역에서 반응이 관찰됩니다. CD5 발현 이상은 흉선암 및 Richter 증후군과 관련이 있습니다.
